The Enviro Concepts Continuous Media System (CMS) is a compact, efficient, mechanical filtration system engineered for high suspended solids in wastewater and wash bay effluents.
Overview
Enviro Concepts Continuous Media System (CMS) filters are designed to be the primary filtration stage for high suspended solids wastewater and wash bay effluents. With or without solids pre-settling, the CMS filter can effectively remove up to 95% suspended solids from wastewater producing filtered wastewater that is relatively sediment free. The CMS is used as pre-treatment for Enviro Concepts Oil Water Separators, Deep Bed Media Filters and Membrane Separation Processes.
Efficient suspended solids reduction is achieved by filtering the wastewater through a 5-20 µm pore size CMS filter paper. A motorised conveyor supports and automatically advances the CMS filter paper for continuous automated filtering action. Compact, efficient mechanical filtration system engineered for high suspended solids wastewater and wash bay effluents.
